
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Ariana Bina began her musical journey at the age of 8. She is a versatile multi-instrumentalist— playing violin, accordion, and piano.
In 2017, was the recipient of the Texas Folklife Apprenticeship Grant, which allowed her to further study accordion on scholarship.
Over the years, she has performed for television, radio, international music festivals, and on a wide variety of stages such as Zilkha Hall, SXSW, ACL Live, NPR, and PBS to name a few. She is comfortable within different musical idioms— ranging from classical orchestral settings, to middle eastern and Indian music, jazz, to country and pop.
She currently resides in Los Angeles where she works as a freelance artist and educator. She is available for live performance, private lessons, in-studio & remote recording session work, and as a composer and arranger for commission.
